Between us, we have worked across the hearing industry, with major manufacturers and some of the biggest retailers in the country. That experience shaped exactly what we wanted The Hearing Team to be built around: genuine, thorough care, for every single person we see.
We are not trying to be the biggest. We are focused on being the ones who genuinely look after you. Because a hearing aid is not something you use occasionally. It is something you put on first thing in the morning and rely on all day, every day. That deserves real care, and that is exactly what we built The Hearing Team around.

Our clinic is in Birmingham, and we carry out home visits across nineteen towns and cities, with more areas being added all the time. Common questions.
Yes. We are not owned by a manufacturer and we do not have a deal with one. We fit Oticon, Phonak, ReSound and Starkey, and because our five price tiers are set by the technology level rather than the brand, we earn the same whichever one you choose. That is the whole point of independence: there is no commercial reason for us to steer you.
An HCPC registered audiologist, every time. Not a sales assistant, and not someone different at every appointment. HCPC registration is the legal standard for hearing aid dispensers in the UK and you can check any registrant on the HCPC register.
Three things, honestly. We are independent rather than owned by one manufacturer. Appointments are longer and we do not work to a sales target. And we come to you: nineteen towns, evenings, weekends and Sundays, which most high street branches do not offer at all.
A fair question. Between us we have worked across the industry, with major manufacturers and some of the biggest retailers in the country, before starting The Hearing Team. We have fitted over 500 hearing aids and carried out over 1,000 hearing tests. What is new is the business, not the people doing the work.
You have 60 days to return your hearing aids for a full refund, and adjustments during that period are free. We would rather fix the fitting than take a return, and usually that is all it needs, but the guarantee is there so the decision is never final on the day.
Our clinic is inside Shifa Pharmacy at 512 to 514 Moseley Road, Birmingham, B12 9AH, open Monday to Saturday. Everything we do at the clinic we also do at home, across nineteen towns in Birmingham and the West Midlands, seven days a week.
