No brand is best for everyone, which is why we fit all four. Oticon suits people who want to hear the whole room naturally, rather than have the background stripped away. If your main problem is hearing in a very loud room, Phonak often does that better.
Most hearing aids try to cut out everything that is not the person in front of you. Oticon leaves more of the room in and lets your brain do the sorting. Some people love that. Others prefer a cleaner, quieter sound. That is what the demo is for.
That comes out of your hearing test, not a website. Reveal and Intent are the top rechargeable models, Zeal is the discreet one, Own is made to fit inside your own ear, and Xceed is for severe hearing loss. We narrow it down once we have seen your results.

Usually yes. Bring them in and we will clean them, check them over, replace the parts that wear out, and tell you honestly whether they are set up properly for your hearing. If another private clinic supplied them, we can normally adjust them too.
