Birmingham is where our clinic is, on Moseley Road in Balsall Heath, so here you have a genuine choice: come to us and the hearing test is free, or we come to you for £50. We cover the whole city for home visits, from Moseley, Kings Heath and Selly Oak in the south, through Edgbaston, Harborne and Bournville, out to Erdington, Handsworth and Perry Barr in the north, and across Sparkhill, Small Heath, Acocks Green and Hall Green in the east. If you can get to Moseley Road there is no reason to pay for a home visit, and we will tell you so rather than take the booking.

If you can get to Moseley Road, come to us. The hearing test is free at the clinic and £50 at home, and everything else is the same price either way. A home visit makes sense if travelling is difficult, if you would rather try hearing aids on your own television, or if evenings and weekends are the only times that work for you.
Shifa Pharmacy, 512 to 514 Moseley Road, Birmingham, B12 9AH. It sits on the main Moseley Road with buses running past the door. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday until 8pm, and we do home visits seven days a week.
There is on-street parking in the roads around Moseley Road. Message us on 07442 499414 before you come and we will point you to the best option for that day. Buses along the A435 also stop close by.
Both. We bring a demo set with us and programme them to your results in the same visit, so you can hear the difference before you decide anything. If you go ahead, the fitting is done at home as well, and so is every appointment after it.
Only if you want to. Aftercare is included for as long as you own them, and anywhere in Birmingham we can do those appointments at your home instead if that is easier.
Yes. A good share of our home visits are exactly that. We can work around someone who cannot easily get out of a chair, and we are used to appointments where a family member or carer sits in to help. Just tell us when you book so we allow enough time.
