Hearing care, local to Sutton Coldfield.

Sutton Coldfield sits on the northern edge of Birmingham and is one of our busiest areas for home visits. We cover the town centre and the Parade, Boldmere and Wylde Green, Four Oaks and Mere Green, Walmley, Minworth, New Hall, Streetly and Roughley, and out towards Little Aston and Hill Hook. It is a large town with a great many residents who have lived in the same house for decades, and for a lot of them a home appointment is simply more comfortable than a trip into the city. We bring everything with us, including a demo set of hearing aids you can try in your own living room, on your own television.

Sutton Coldfield questions.

Yes. We service and repair all the major brands whether or not they came from us, in your own home in Sutton Coldfield or at the clinic. Diagnosis is free, and you get a clear price before we do any chargeable work.

No. One £50 home visit covers everyone in the house. If you book a hearing test and your partner, a parent, or whoever is with you wants one too, they are tested free in the same appointment.

Our clinic is on Moseley Road in Balsall Heath, which is the far side of Birmingham from you, so it is a fair drive across the city. That is why Sutton Coldfield is one of our busiest areas for home visits. If you would rather come to us, the hearing test is free at the clinic.

Both. We bring a demo set with us and programme them to your results in the same visit, so you can hear the difference before you decide anything. If you go ahead, the fitting is done at home as well, and so is every appointment after it.

Yes, and it is not treated as a special favour. We visit up to 8pm on weekdays and Saturdays, and Sunday visits run between 10am and 4pm. For a lot of people that is the only time that works, so it is a normal part of what we do.

Yes. A good share of our home visits are exactly that. We can work around someone who cannot easily get out of a chair, and we are used to appointments where a family member or carer sits in to help. Just tell us when you book so we allow enough time.
