Hearing care in Shrewsbury

Hearing care, local to Shrewsbury.
Shrewsbury is the furthest town we cover, about forty-five miles northwest of Birmingham in Shropshire, and it is a different proposition to the West Midlands towns. It is a county town with a great many villages around it, and the nearest alternative is often a drive of half an hour or more. We cover the town centre inside the river loop, Abbey Foregate and Monkmoor, Castlefields, Harlescott, Copthorne, Radbrook, Meole Brace, Bayston Hill and Sutton Farm, and out to the nearby villages. Because of the distance we plan Shrewsbury visits in advance rather than same day, so it is worth giving us a little notice.

Shrewsbury questions.
Yes, and the home visit is still £50. Because it is a longer journey we book Shrewsbury in advance rather than at a day’s notice, so give us a little warning and we will find a time that works, including evenings and weekends.
No, and it is the right question to ask. Aftercare is included with every fitting for as long as you own the hearing aids, and we come to you for it exactly as we came for the fitting. It is part of the price, not charged per visit.
No. Shrewsbury is the furthest town we cover, about forty-five miles from the clinic, and a home hearing test is still £50. There is no mileage charge and no call-out fee.
Both. We bring a demo set with us and programme them to your results in the same visit, so you can hear the difference before you decide anything. If you go ahead, the fitting is done at home as well, and so is every appointment after it.
The town itself and the villages around it: Abbey Foregate, Monkmoor, Castlefields, Harlescott, Copthorne, Radbrook, Meole Brace, Bayston Hill, Sutton Farm, Coleham, Belle Vue, Shelton, Bicton and Shawbury. That is SY1 to SY3, plus SY4 and SY5.
Yes, free. One £50 visit covers the household, so if your partner, a parent or anyone else at home wants their hearing checked while we are there, we test them too at no extra charge.
