Yes. A full hearing test at our Birmingham clinic is free and takes about an hour. We explain your results the same day, and there is no obligation to buy anything. If someone comes with you, we will test them free too. A test in your own home is £50.
From £1,495 to £3,995 for a pair. There are five levels to choose from. The price depends on the level of technology, not the brand, so an Oticon and a Phonak at the same level cost the same. Every level includes the same fitting, aftercare and yearly checks.
No. You can book with us directly. If we find something that needs a doctor rather than a hearing aid, we will tell you and write to your GP for you.
Yes. We cover nineteen towns across Birmingham and the West Midlands. A hearing test at home is £50. Earwax removal at home is £60, the same as at the clinic. There is no charge for travel. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, and we do home visits on Sundays too.
You have 60 days to bring them back for a full refund. Any adjustments in that time are free. Most people who are unhappy at first just need the settings changed, not a different hearing aid.
Yes. We fit Oticon, Phonak, ReSound and Starkey, and none of them own us. A shop that only sells one brand can only ever recommend that one brand.
