We want every patient to be happy with our care. If something has gone wrong, please tell us so we can put it right.
How to complain
Call 07442 499414 or email info@thehearingteam.com. Please tell us your name, the date of your visit and what went wrong. A family member or carer can complain for you with your permission.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- We look into it and reply in full within 14 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why.
- If we got something wrong, we will apologise and explain what we will do to put it right.
If you are still not happy
- Our audiologists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You can raise concerns about an audiologist's fitness to practise at hcpc-uk.org or on 0300 500 6184.
- For advice on your consumer rights, contact Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.
Making a complaint will never affect your care with us.

Excellent service from the audiologist at Hearing Team. He provided a fantastic ear wax removal home visit service for my grandmother, which made the whole experience so much easier and more comfortable for her.
