Naída Lumity is Phonak's power behind-the-ear range, for anyone who needs more power than a standard hearing aid gives, up to profound hearing loss. If your loss is mild to moderate, a smaller aid like Phonak Audéo EON Sphere will suit you better.

Which Naída do I need?

It depends on your hearing test. Ultra Power is for severe to profound loss, Super Power for mild to severe, and the rechargeable PR for mild to moderately severe. We recommend the right one at your home visit.

Is Naída rechargeable?

The PR model is rechargeable. The Ultra Power and Super Power models use disposable batteries, size 675 and size 13, for the most power.

Does it stream from my phone?

Yes. Naída Lumity streams calls and audio from iPhone, Android and most Bluetooth devices.

Can I use hearing loops?

Yes, on the UP and SP models, which have a telecoil.

Can I try Naída first?

Yes. We demo it at your £60 home visit, and every hearing aid comes with up to 60 days' money back.

Do you price match?

Yes. Send us a written quote for the same hearing aid and level and, once reviewed, we will aim to match it.
