Your questions answered
Is the custom fit an extra cost?
No. The ear impression and made-to-measure shell are included.
Is it rechargeable?
The ITE and ITC come in rechargeable versions. The CIC and one ITC version use batteries.
Can I stream from my phone?
Yes on the ITE and ITC. The CIC is too small for wireless streaming.
How long does it take?
Usually around two weeks from impression to fitting.
What does the price include?
Fitting at home, follow-up adjustments, the manufacturer's warranty and aftercare for life.
