Hearing care, local to Bromsgrove.
Bromsgrove is a Worcestershire market town about fourteen miles south-west of Birmingham, and we cover the town and the villages around it. That includes the centre and Sidemoor, Charford and Aston Fields, Lickey End and Marlbrook, Catshill to the north, and out to Barnt Green, Alvechurch, Stoke Prior, Blackwell and Belbroughton. Many people here spent their working lives at the Longbridge car plant or in local engineering, and years around presses and production lines are a common thread in the hearing loss we see.
Shifa Pharmacy, 512 to 514 Moseley Road, Birmingham, B12 9AH. Hearing tests there are free, and the clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

Bromsgrove questions.
Very possibly part of it. Years around presses, body shops and production lines damage the hair cells that pick up high sounds, which is why speech starts to sound mumbled before anything sounds quiet. A full test shows the recognisable pattern of noise damage clearly.
No. A home hearing test is £50, the same as everywhere else we cover, and earwax removal is £60 whether you come to the clinic or we come to you. There is no mileage charge and no call-out fee on top.
Both. We bring a demo set with us and programme them to your results in the same visit, so you can hear the difference before you decide anything. If you go ahead, the fitting is done at home as well, and so is every appointment after it.
The centre and Sidemoor, Charford and Aston Fields, Lickey End, Marlbrook and Catshill, and out to Barnt Green, Alvechurch, Stoke Prior, Blackwell and Belbroughton. That is B60 and B61, plus B45 and B48.
No. Aftercare is included for as long as you own them, and we come to you for it exactly as we came for the fitting. It is part of the price, not charged per visit.
Yes, and it is not treated as a special favour. We visit up to 8pm on weekdays and Saturdays, and Sunday visits run between 10am and 4pm. For a lot of people that is the only time that works, so it is a normal part of what we do.
