Higher levels use more powerful processing to handle background noise, groups and fast-changing places, and give us more fine-tuning. The physical hearing aid is often the same.
When a manufacturer launches a new range, the previous one moves down a tier. It is still an excellent hearing aid, and often better value than a lower level of the newest range.
