Whichever service you book, and wherever we see you, some things do not change.
You are seen by an HCPC registered audiologist, not a sales assistant. We are independent, so nothing we recommend is decided by a manufacturer. You get your results explained on the day, in the room, with time to ask questions. And you are never asked to decide anything on the spot.
The price is the same whether we see you at the clinic or at your kitchen door: earwax removal is £60 either way, and the only difference is the hearing test itself, which is free in clinic and £50 at home. There is no mileage charge and no call-out fee, wherever in the nineteen towns you are.
